Richard has worked as a corporate role-player for 15 years.
His worked has incorporated staff training and candidate assessment concentrating on specific skills such as team building, interviewing and negotiating. He has developed a strong understanding of coaching models and negotiation practice and ensures that he has as full an understanding as necessary of the criteria that companies are looking to assess. He can then help to tailor the role he plays accordingly to give a consistent level of challenge for candidate assessment. His observations and feedback help clients to understand how the candidate made the roleplayer feel and can bring to light communication and interpersonal skills that may otherwise go unnoticed by assessors.
Richard has also worked as a corporate event host and compere; hosting training events to deliver key messages to staff in an entertaining format. A showreel of this work can be viewed on the Presenter page.
